Club Event Registration Policy

In order to offer the most rewarding and satisfying experience to our all our members and their guests at our social functions, we ask that members of Woodhaven Country Club reserve and prepay for social events at least 24 hours in advance.  Links to our events can be found on the Upcoming Events page.

Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are required for all social events held at Woodhaven Country Club. In most cases, pre-payment is also required.
  • An 18% tax and gratuity will be added to the total reservation price.
  • Reservations will be taken until 24 hours before the scheduled event.  
  • Seating requests will be taken until 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • Refunds will be given only with 48 hours cancellation notice.
